Terms of Service

1. Who we are

“Images 2.5”, “we”, “us”, and “the Service” refer to the Images 2.5 platform, an online tool for generating and editing images from text prompts and reference images. “You” refers to the person or entity using the Service.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address via a one-time magic link, or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

The Service runs on credits. Each generation or edit deducts credits based on the model and options you choose. New accounts receive a one-time bonus of complimentary credits.

• Subscription plans grant a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases; pack credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices and plan allowances may change; we will give notice of material changes and they will not affect the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been granted. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy, or violates any applicable law;
• depicts sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual or intimate imagery of real people;
• is intended to harass, defame, deceive, or impersonate others, including deceptive deepfakes;
• promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity; or
• attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent the Service’s limits or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may remove content or refuse service at our discretion.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain the rights you hold in the prompts, reference images, and other inputs you provide. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you upload and for how you use the outputs.

You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, sending a prompt to our image-generation provider and storing your generation history). We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI-generated output

Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to results others receive. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. We make no warranty that outputs are fit for any particular purpose or free of third-party rights.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including fal.ai (image generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google (sign-in). Your use of the Service through these providers is also subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, unused credits are forfeited except where the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
